Padua is linked by highways with Venice (A4),
Milan (A4) and Bologna (A13) and we suggest you to use the
highways, because it is a safer and faster way to reach the city.
Follow the green "Autostrade" (highways) signs. If you arrive from
Venice, Milan or Brennero you have to leave the highway at the exit
called "Padova Ovest", and if coming from Bologna or Rome, at
"Padova Sud". Then follow the "Centro" indications to the city
center.
If you are going to come by car, make sure that your hotel has a
parking lot, as parking in the center of Padua is
difficult.
